Securely package the items, attach the label, or scan the QR code at your local Post Office.
Send the parcel via your local Post Office and keep the proof of postage for tracking purposes.
Damaged Goods: If you received damaged goods, contact us immediately for assistance.
For international orders, free returns are not available. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note that all eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps us cover handling, inspection, and repackaging costs.
